Privacy Policy
WallTap MFG (Utah, USA) runs walltapaero.com. This page explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email, what you bought, and when. Physical orders will also need a shipping address and phone number.
- Payment: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Downloads: which files your order downloaded, how many times, and the fingerprint code in your copy. This protects our designs and lets us trace leaked files.
- Site analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without tracking you across sites.
- Your cart: saved in your own browser so it's still there when you come back. We don't receive it until checkout.
How we use it
- To process your order, deliver your files and send order emails.
- To answer support requests and handle refunds.
- To enforce the STL license, including identifying leaked or resold files.
- To keep records required for taxes and accounting.
We don't sell your information and we don't send marketing email unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
- Stripe for payments and receipts.
- Cloudflare for hosting, file delivery, order emails and analytics.
- Authorities, or others when needed to enforce our license or comply with the law.
How long we keep it
Order and download records are kept as long as needed for your license, our records, and legal requirements, generally up to 7 years.
Your choices
You can ask what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by DMing us. We may keep what we're required to keep for legal or license-enforcement reasons.
